Official Statement

Recently, it has come to the attention of ANTA Sports Products Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, “ANTA Group” or the "Group") that there were instances of fraudulent acts characterized by unauthorized third parties impersonating ANTA Group’s employees, representatives or agents. These fraudulent acts include deceptively asserting the mandate to assist interested parties (“Victims”) with their admission to ANTA’s online franchise / distributorship, and thereby requesting the Victims to remit funds to designated bank account or asking the Victims to provide personal data etc, in each case through fraudulent websites or mobile instant messaging app(s).

In this connection, the Group makes the following statements:

1. ANTA has neither initiated any program to recruit online distributors outside China nor engaged in any course of action that assists its distributors to set up e-commerce platforms.

2. ANTA’s official website is “www.anta.com”. The Group’s official investor relations website is “ir.anta.com”. Apart from the foregoing, any other websites impersonating the domain name "anta" are spurious and do not have any association or affiliation whatsoever with ANTA Group.

3. The Group has reported such fraudulent acts to the law enforcement agency.

4. If you come across such fraudulent acts, you should immediately resort to the law enforcement agency for assistance.

5. The Group urges the public and its business partners to excise utmost caution and take heed of this Statement. In case of any queries or if in doubt about any suspicious fraudulent website in relation to the Group, you may also contact us through overseas@anta.com for verification.
